Outsource Network is an app operated by Outsource (Powder Firm LLC) to run its own Instagram account, @outsourcedaily, and this website. These terms cover your use of the website, the article links we send, and the mailing list.
What you get
When you comment the keyword on one of our Instagram posts, we send you a direct message with a link to the article the post is about. The article belongs to its publisher and is subject to that publisher's own terms. If you join the mailing list, we send you emails about the business behind music and about industry events. Both are free, and you can stop either at any time (reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE on Instagram, or use the link in any email).
What we ask of you
- Give us accurate details if you join the mailing list, and only your own.
- Do not use the website, the links or the messaging automation to send spam, to probe or overload our systems, or to harvest information about other people.
- Follow Instagram's own terms when you interact with our account there.
Our content
Headlines, captions and cards published by Outsource are ours. Where a post includes third-party material, it is used with the rights holder's permission or under an open licence, and credited. To report a rights concern, email the address below.
No warranty
The website and the automated messages are provided as they are. We try to keep them working and accurate, but we do not promise that they always will be, and we are not responsible for the content of the articles we link to.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
